Troubleshooting
Why you can't publish
Why can't I publish my drop?
Publishing needs Stripe to be able to take charges for you. Until then DropQ shows the Stripe step in place of the Publish button and keeps your work as a draft.
- If you haven't started Stripe, go to Payments and connect it.
- If you started but didn't finish, go back and complete Stripe's setup.
- If Stripe is reviewing you, wait and use Refresh status.
- If Stripe paused your account, fix what it's asking for in your Stripe dashboard.
Your drop is not lost. Everything you entered stays as a draft, and publishing works the moment Stripe is ready.
