How do I connect Stripe?

Connect with Stripe is the only thing on the page until you've done it.

The rest happens on Stripe's own site. Stripe asks for your business details, an ID check, and the bank account you want money paid into — DropQ never sees or stores any of it.

Coming back from Stripe is not the same as being finished. Payments tells you when Stripe can actually take charges — that's when you can publish.
Once Stripe can take charges, you can publish.
