Payments & Stripe
Started vs ready to take payments
Why does DropQ say my Stripe setup isn't complete?
DropQ creates your Stripe account the moment you begin, so from then on your account exists. That is not the same as being able to take money.
Only when Stripe confirms your account can accept charges does DropQ let you publish. Stripe may still be reviewing your details, or may need something more from you.
- On the Payments page, choose Continue setup to go back to Stripe and finish anything outstanding.
- Choose Refresh status to have DropQ re-check with Stripe.
If Stripe is reviewing you, it can take a few minutes. Nothing is lost meanwhile — build your drops as drafts.
