Payments & Stripe
If Stripe pauses your account
What happens if Stripe stops accepting payments for me?
If Stripe turns off card payments for your account, DropQ stops publishing new drops and your storefront stops taking orders. Stripe usually does this when it needs more information from you.
Nothing is lost. Your drops, items, orders and customers are all safe, you can still edit drafts, and you can still close a live drop.
Your dashboard shows a Selling is paused message with a link into Stripe to fix it. Once Stripe is happy, publishing works again.
