If your QR code isn't working
Why isn't my QR code working?
A downloaded QR code doesn't stop working. When a scan doesn't lead to an order, it's almost always the drop behind it:
- The drop is still a draft, so it isn't public yet.
- The order window hasn't opened, or has already closed.
- The drop has been closed.
- Everything in it is sold out.
Open the drop in your dashboard — it will say which of these applies. If you printed a QR for an older drop, that code still points at the old drop, not your latest one.
