How do I message several customers at once?
On a drop's page, the customer communication panel lets you write one message and send it to a group: everyone in that drop, people with active orders, people whose orders are ready, or a few you pick.
Each person receives it in their own private conversation, never a group thread, so replies come back to you individually.
Audiences are built from orders. Only people who have ordered from you can be reached this way.
