What's the difference between a customer and a follower?
A customer is someone who has ordered from you. They appear on your Customers page and you can message them.
Following is separate: someone browsing DropMeet can follow a business to keep track of it. Following is not buying, and it is not permission to market to someone.
Right now DropQ does not give you a follower list or a way to message followers — announcements go to people who have ordered from you. If that changes, this article will say so.
