Creating drops
Regular drops vs live selling drops
What's the difference between a regular drop and a live selling drop?
A regular drop takes orders ahead of time. You set a window when customers can order, and a later window when they collect. Ordering locks itself at the close time.
A live selling drop is for selling in person. It opens immediately, has no order window, and stays open until you close it — customers scan your QR and order while they're standing with you.
You choose this once. The type cannot be changed after a drop is created; correcting it means deleting the drop and starting again, which on the Free plan spends another of your lifetime drops.
