What DropQ charges
What fees does DropQ charge?
DropQ takes a percentage of each order as a platform fee. It's shown on your Payments page, along with what you've paid to date.
Stripe charges its own processing fee separately. Because the payment is made on your Stripe account, you are the merchant of record and Stripe's fee comes out of your proceeds — DropQ's fee is on top of that.
You can choose whether to absorb DropQ's fee or pass it to customers as a visible service fee. That setting is in Store settings.
